THE EXPERIENCE
OUR SERVICE OFFERINGS
FULL SERVICE WEDDINGS
Our full service experience is for flower loving couples who desire a collaborative, in-depth approach to custom wedding flower design. Not only do we craft expertly designed floral arrangements, we carefully deliver, setup, install, and break down (as needed), so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day. Investment for full service floral design begins at $3500 (which is ideal for smaller events, or for couples who are looking for select pieces). Our couples spend an average of $7400 for their wedding day florals.
We take a limited number of events each year to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible. After all, your wedding is a big deal. It's a big deal to us too!

1. INQUIRE
Reach out by completing our inquiry form. Once we confirm that your date is available, you'll receive a questionnaire via email so you can fill me in on all the lovely details!
2. CONSULTATION
Once you've completed the questionnaire and it looks like we'd be a great fit, we will schedule a time to chat to go over your inspiration and discover your floral style, gather the oh-so important details, and get excited about all the designs!
3. PROPOSAL
You will receive a custom proposal that combines your inspiration with my experience and creative vision. To top it all off, you'll also receive your "vision board" - a visual collection curated especially for you to help you envision your wedding floral designs.
4. BOOKING
Ready to book your date with us? We're so excited to work with you! An initial non-refundable payment of 25% is required to reserve your wedding date (along with a signed contract), and is applied to your final balance. This ensures your wedding date is booked with Studio Bloom, as we take a limited number of events per year.
5. FINALIZATION
Review time! Between 1-2 months before the wedding, we will go over all the details and logistics to ensure that the proposal is perfect and ready to go for wedding day. We are so ready for this wedding to happen!
6. FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance and any final changes are due 30 days before the wedding date.
7. THE BIG DAY!
The day we've all been waiting for! Rest easy and enjoy your big day - we've got your back with our 23 years floral design experience. We'll take care of event day delivery and set up according to the proposal specifications that we discussed in our meetings. Time to get married!
